A: Any one in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Check our
availability to see where we operate.
Q: Do I call my hotel?
A: Nope. All you have to do is order and we handle everything else.
Q: Can I surprise a loved one?
A: Yes! Even if a reservation is in someone else's name, we make sure everyone keeps it a surprise.
Q: Can we order last minute?
A: Order early, and when we ship your custom Uberoom decoration to our Decorator you get
free shipping!
Q: What if I change locations or cancel?
A: We can work with you to change your location or even cancel your order. Cancellations are fully refunded as long as your custom Uberoom decoration has not yet shipped from one of our warehouses to your Decorator. Once your custom decoration has shipped we do not provide refunds. Decoration packages can ship up to 10 days in advance and are securely held at your hotel or B&B.
Q: Do we get to keep everything?
A: Yes. Everything is yours to keep.
Q: In case of any last minute changes, do I get contact information?
A: Yes, we provide contact information the day before your decoration.
Q: What if I don't have a reservation yet?
A: You can still order a package. In the checkout, just enter "no reservation" in hotel fields. Reserve a hotel room from any website and reply to your Order Confirmation Email with the hotel name and confirmation number.
