We've been asked to put what Überoom does into words many, many times. The problem is, our passion for helping hard-working people celebrate has created a culture where we don't rest until our Customers are overjoyed.

Überoom Employees don't just sell products, and we don't just provide a service. Our Customers are busy people that want to share a unique experience with those they love. We understand, so we've built a culture of never ending service to coordinate with hotels, guests, partners, and friends across the U.S. to make sure their Überoom experiences are on time, beyond expectations, and above all, tons of fun.

We started this business because being a part of our Customers' Anniversaries, Birthdays, and even Weddings is such an honor, we feel like we are almost a part of their family. To us, there aren't many more things as amazing as helping coordinate a thoughtful experience for your important life milestone. Although we are lucky enough to share these experiences with our Customers daily, it never gets old :)
