In today’s competitive lodging industry hotels have to keep up with their customer’s every need. Having a separate inventory management department to coordinate personalizing each stay is a lot to ask when it comes to managing holidays, birthdays, weddings, and other special events for each guest. That is why we specialize in personalizing hotel rooms, and that is all we do.

With our service, you will be able to provide your guests a customized experience for almost any occasion. You hold no inventory, it costs nothing, and your hotel will be able to offer unique, special experiences to even more guests. All our themes are carefully thought out to match the amenities with every hotel room, while minimizing the set-up time. We use bed cover sheets and rehydrated freeze-dried rose petals to protect against staining, while still maintaining the luxurious and romantic feel of fresh rose petals. We also use battery-powered flicker candles hidden in frosted votive holders for safety, but give our partners the choice of using tea light candles in a protective votive.

Whether you are a concierge, desk clerk, special events coordinator, or owner, you will receive a 5% ($22 for average room) commission for each customer order. On top of that, each hotel, bed & breakfast, or vacation rental gets paid 10% ($44 for average room) for each set-up they do. To maximize your earnings, place Überoom packages on your hotel website or in your confirmation email. For product sales, these margins are extremely high and because we are nothing without our hotel partners, you earn significantly more than what Überoom earns for each package, all with no contract and always free set-up.

Here are the 2 ways our partners continually offer Überoom experiences to their guests:

  1. Packages on Your Website
  2. You have the option of adding Überoom packages or products to your own room bookings. Our partners typically do this in their "Specials and Packages" section of their website.

    Just add your room cost to the retail cost of the Überoom package. We do the math, provide the images and suggested text, and will bill your company for the wholesale cost at the end of the month.

  3. Packages in Your Confirmation Email
  4. You can also add Überoom packages to your own booking confirmation email. Once a customer books a room at your hotel, our partners insert Überoom package offerings, typically under a header like "Is This A Special Occasion?". They can then click on the package image of their choice (that we provide) and are connected to a website that we brand specifically for your hotel to look almost exactly like your hotel's website. All your guest needs to do is enter their credit card information and confirm their set-up date, all handled on a website we create for you, free!

Each room takes approximately 20 minutes to decorate, and you earn 10% ($44 for average room) for each one!

We are always looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly people to join our team of Local Decorators. If you live within a 20 minute commute of your city's main hotel district and are generally available at our busiest times - Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings, then we'd love to interview you!
