Self Set-Up

That's right!  If you set-up your Überoom at your own home, you automatically save $20.00!  Each package comes with short instructions, so don't sweat it!

Just choose your package, and under Set-up Location, choose "Private residence / Self set-up".

Q: But what if I choose a location with a staff, and after check-out, an Überoom customer-service employee calls me to say the staff is unable or unwilling to set-up the room?

A: On very rare occasions, a hotel, bed & breakfast, or condo is either unwillling or unable to set-up a customer's Überoom.  These are usually due to contractual obligations with a chocolate or soap supplier.  In this case, you then have the option of saving $20.00 and setting-up the room yourself, cancelling your order, or trying another location.  There is never any obligation, and for your convenience, your card is never charged until the set-up is confirmed and the package is shipped!
